WHILE TAKING WITH DR. RABINDRANATHAN (MAY BE AN HIGH OFFICIAL OF THE INSTITUTION) HE REFUSED TO CHANGE THE LOCATION AS WELL TO REFUND THE EXAMINATION FEE. I FEEL IT UNJUST.PLEASE PROVIDE THE JUSTICE.
