I would like to inform you about an Educational Institute named as, Integrated Management College where I was working as Lecturer since 9th January it is an MBA Institute where they offer a Distance Learning Program (While students knew that its a regular degree program) affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.
On 9th April there was some issue between my Head of Department & Director, on the result of that our HOD resigned from the job on 11th April however I was unaware about the issue from both the side. On 9th itself I informed my HOD regarding my leaves that I'll not be coming on 12th April & 14th April (13th was holiday). As in earlier days, I used to inform him verbally about my leaves & he used to forward that thing in written to concerning authorities. This time too I did the same thing, but result was unexpectable. When I went to the college on 16th April I got to know that I have been terminated from my job. When I asked for the reason, the reason that they gave was I was on leave without any information. They asked me for the proof of my leave application, but since it was applied verbally, I called my HOD regarding the matter, he forwarded a text message on my cell stating that I had informed him about my leaves on 9th itself, but it was his fault that he didnt put it on papers.
Sir, now since they had terminated me for without any reason, now they are not releasing my SALARY for the month of MARCH. Whenever I call them they either did'nt pick my call, or give me an excuse that with in 2 days they will release.
I request you to please help me out my financial condition is not so good, but I want to aware others about suck type of fraud organization.
