We given a request on 19nd of September our registered ticket no:3265906. for new 10mbps internet connection. they told us it going to to be connection on or before 12 October. we facing a big problem due to internet, our children's eduction are depended on internet. nobody call why delay giving the connection, who is the responsible person in your organization or else you fellows do like this only, do you responsible or not.
