About registration conformation lette

Respected Sir,

I (Ms. Pornima Kishor Swami) recently made registration for CPT exam on 27th Oct. 2011 in Mumbai.

But i didnt got your registration conformation letter yet.

Please kindly send me registration number beacuse the exam form date is passing on. I am going to attend CPT exam in this December and registration number required for filling form.

Please co-operate for this.
