Janjati Shiksha Samiti applied to the commissioner of IT, Jorhat for 80G (5)(vi) on 27th june. We have received F.No.80G (5)(vi)/ACIT/DMP-12/641 dated 28th july to produce the documents for examination on 4th august by Asst. Commissioner of IT, Circle Dimapur. We have already present on scheduled date & produced essential documents mentioned in the same received letter of Asst. Commissioner of IT, Circle Dimapur. The Asst. Commissioner of IT, Circle Dimapur fully examined of documents & satisfied. We have alresdy submitted Income-Tax Return on 9th august with received no.001924.But, Janjati Shiksha Samiti has not received Certificate of 80 G (5)(vi) till todays's.kindly help.
