Non-delivery of Items ordered

I ordered for,

1-Banking Guide FEB’10 Edition (Updated up to Feb’10)

2-Banking Digest for One-Year Subscription (Jan'10 to Dec'10)

3-MM Special Guide for Scale II and III/POs/TOs (Only for SBI)-Nov'10

from the institute and I paid the required amount of Rs.540.00 for first item on 16.09.2010 and Rs.750.00 for second and third items on 25.09.2010.

But, since then I have not received anything from the institute. If I call at their institute, no one picks up the phone, their fax number also is either always busy or not working. Despite repeating reminders, I have received no response from them. I have to appear for the exam on 24.10. but now with no time left at all, I am left with no option other than filing a complaint in Consumer Complaints Forum.
