This is really a serious issue to look into. I have ordered for the AMIE Section-A books since a Week back in Jyothis Academy, Kerala. But still I didn't receive the books.
I dont know what's their problem and I dont know when you have sent the books. When I have contacted them several times, they are saying that to wait for few more days. Dont they know how many days would it take to deliver the books to a certain place when they are posting them. They should firstly give the acknowledgement and the Post number that the post will receive on so and so date.
I dont see the complete responsibility on their side.
If this is the Time-Interval for registered Post, they could have asked us the Extra postal charges to send on time. We would have paid for them.
When I asked for the Registered Post Number, they are not replying and they are not lifting the calls.
I'm in the process of filing a case on them in the local Police station.
