Not taking admission on Zero fee

Respected Sir

I belong from a poor family, catagary OBC and having below one lakh encome certificate but university not taking admission at zero fee/ as per Gov. Order. In counciling shedule advertisement given that no any fee taking from student at the time of admission. I efforts many time to talk many time to regisror of UPTU at 05222732193 but this No. always showing busy.and last date of admission is 20 aug.

please give the information about Zero Fee. and how many fee paid by candidate to University mail me at [email protected] as soon as possible.
