Refuse to issue the Certificates - submitted during the time of admission into the course

Sir,

I, Prathyusha Kotapalli, got admission into the 1st year MCA Course in KMM Institute of Postgraduate Studies College, through convener’s EBC free quota in August. It is due to my personal reasons I discontinued my studies in November

Since my discontinuation, I have requested the principal and the correspondent in person, on phone, through registered post and E- mails to return my credentials.

My repeated requests went in vain. Though I have not received any written response refusing my request, the oral response is that I have to pay the entire 3 years MCA course fee to get back my certificates.

So, I request the forum to help me out in getting back my credentials which were submitted during my admission into the college by taking necessary action on the college.
