For not refunding security fee

IN 2005 I have joined B.SC NURSING at that time i had submitted 5000/- Rs as my security fee. and they issue a receipt or not that i don't know then after complition of my degree when i ask for my refundable security fee from my principal then, she told me to bring that reciept then when i answered that mam i don't have that slip please forward this application to HR department that i was a student of your college then she scolded me very badly and say i will not refund your security money...

please pay concentrate on my problem. I will be highly oblized to you for the same.
