Demand for extra fee other than Rs. 30, 360

I m student of B.Ed (session-11) of college in bijnor sri lal bahadur smark institute, guhawar. I deposited all subscribed fee Rs. 30360 at counscelling centre. But when I reached college they demand me for extra fee. Then I refused from paying extra fee so they are giving me problems in many ways and they said to me 'we will not admit you in college untill you pay extra fee and said try your best efforts but we will not admit you in our college.
