Dear Sir
I live in sec-3 kopar khairane navi mumbai maharashtra and had sent my application for approval from MPA singapore.which would enable me to appear for examination conducted there. I have just been informed by their authority that the letter was posted on 29th jan by them.but i still await to receive the said mail.result being i have lost my seat for the october exams and i will have to wait another year for appearing for the exams.thanks to our postal department my promotion has been delayed .i want to know how they can be made liable for this loss.
