We took the Singapore Malaysia Super Saver Package launched by MakemyTrip from 24th December to 31st December. For this, we made a payment of Rs. 93, 000/- including surcharge of Rs. 13, 000

There were severe deficiencies in services provided by your company regarding the above package, which ultimately resulted in spoiling the entire trip. The same were as under:-

1. Change in day to day itinerary on 5 days out of total 7 days

2. Change in flight schedule from Singapore to Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)-- informed 2 days prior to departure (However tickets were booked almost 15-20 days in advance)

3. Change in hotels both at Malaysia and Singapore

4. Wastage of 2 full days out of the tour period

5. No break-fast given on last day

Day 5 - Singapore transfer free day &- Not Followed &- Singapore transfer night safari

Day 6 - Half day city tour Half day free (Sentosa Island - Optional) & Followed &- Half day city tour Half day free (Sentosa Island - Optional)

Day 7 - Breakfast departure &- Not Followed &- Breakfast laid at 4 AM in the morning. No packed breakfast offered despite repeated requests to tour manager since 2 days prior to departure.

As a result of the changing of the day wise itinerary as proposed earlier, we had made arrangements to meet our few friends who stay in Malaysia, which we could not do

On Day 7, the flight from Singapore to Malaysia was changed from 11.40 AM in the morning to 7.40 AM in the morning. Due to this we had to get up as early as 03.00 AM in the morning, leave the hotel at 04.00 AM. These changes about the flight timings were known to the your tour organizers/operators almost 20 days prior to starting of the tour (it appears on the ticket from Singapore to Malaysia that it was booked on 7th December), but they purposefully did not inform us about it, since in that case we would never have agreed to go for such a tour and flight timings and also would not have agreed to pay the remaining sum of money for a badly managed tour. Also, we were not given proper breakfast by the tour operators despite making repeated requests for a packed breakfast.

Change in hotels both at Malaysia and Singapore informed 2 days prior to departure&-The hotels at both Malaysia and Singapore were changed without giving any proper reason. Infact, there were ants and other insects in the Singapore Hotel.

The company should give us refund of our money, compensate us for this badly managed tour and deficiency in providing services.
