Issuance of original certificate of BA (Hons.)

I have applied to the L.N.M.U University, Darbhanga Bihar for issuance of original certificate of BA (Hons.) along with prescribed fee in the year 2006 and awaited and followed up the matter for all the years. However so far I have not received the same and on inquiring it have been told that And Remark noted on my Mark sheet Pending D-111 mark
