Helping a student to Cheat in MBA Final Examination

I was shocked to see my friend Md. Imtiazuddin with HT NO : 09M21E0054 of my class cheating to a horrible extent when we were writing our MBA final exam. He was copying from slips and writing the exam very openly but the examiner left him bcoz he is giving the funds to our college. Even the MD, Principal and others staff people encourages him to copy in the exams all the time. I don't understand is this the way a college shows partiallity to a student if he gives funds to the college. Is there any rule in JNTU that a student is allowed to cheat in exam if he gives funds to college. Somebody Plz help us from this.
