Non reciept of bba course completion certificate

i am punit a student of BBA course from Madurai Kamaraj university. i completed my BBA Course through distance leaning programme. My enrollment no. A6a2615347. i have passed BBA april i have received markeet and provisional certificate. but till date have not received the course completion certificate.

i have more and more application to university but university has no response
