A shipment containing letter and documents has been delivered through courier DTDC on 16th Nov'11 at 1320 hrs, but same is not traceble as whith whom it is lying. The shipment is supposed to be transferred to Home Science dept, but same has been lying at the controller of examination sections without any Trace. pls look into the matter and confirm if the letters received on such dates have been duly delivered to respective dept. with the concerned person as the conserned person has confirmed that he is not in possession of same till this date.
