We visited the Magical method institute for vedic mathematics for our son of 8 years old in January.
We met the director of the institute who promised us sure results for very good improvement in our son in mathematics and esp in the concentration in studies.
When we doubted on the results, we were shown students who were younger than my son but has shown tremendous improvement. looking at all these things we admitted our son in the institute by paying the full fees for complete year in advance
While we were not seeing any results in our son, we questioned the director every month we we were told that they are building the base and we just need to be patience till the year end. While we were still doubting on the results, there was the personal promise that we should not be worried about the fees and it will be his assurance to bring the child to a very good level.
On the completion of one year, we were asked to pay extra fees for another quarter to complete the course. On meeting with Director, he again assured us not to make payment and he will take personal care in the matter to see that child picks up the desired level.
Immediately after a week of going to class, our son was asked to not to come to institute and we got phone call from the institute using abusing words for the child and declaring him incompetent and not fit for the course and was asked extra fees in case we wish to get the curiculum completed.
Meeting with Director was further worse and he started telling us that our son can not do this course due to his low level of understanding and lazyness.
This was a total denial of the delivery of service and completing the promise that was made by the institute.
We would like other parents to be cautious and do not forget to take every promise in wiriting in case they still wish to take thier wards to such institute.
We would like to register complaint against such institute who are just proping up to make money and are falling back on their promises.
