You are kindly informed that I, Nagraj Nagesh Rao, Employee code UP/17243/16550 is presently working in Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Gulbarga a part of Maharishi Siksha Sansthan. The PF slip for the year the amount of Employee’s is printed Zero (0) instead of print of last year Employees closing balance. He has also not received 2007 PF slip.
