Hello Sir,
I would like to express my great regret on non refund of my deposited money of rupees 2, 500/-, which I experience in Mahindra tuition center.
On June I have visited your office situated at Gwalior as I was looking for tuition for banking examination, in accord with below mention point I had joined your center.
1. Two days demo class (If not satisfy take your money back)
2. Course material would be in Hindi
During demo classes; I was told to register seat by paying 2500/- as the fees offer is for limited time it may be increased and if you are not able to cope up, your money shall be refunded immediately.
By the virtue of above points I had joined your tuition center and deposited money but what I saw there is as below,
• Neither teacher are serious about study not student.
• There is nothing but share wasted of time and money
• The course material circulated me was in English, the same was not agreed.
• The ambiance of center seems to be time pass place for Girls and Boys.
Hence I decided not to continue with; when I went to ask my money back I was given several excuses which is not acceptable at all.
I kept on calling and visiting your center in order to plead my money with no concrete reply so far.
This was my biggest disappointment and I would request your personal assistance to create a resolution on the top of the problem as still I am on the way to get my money back.
