We are Mallikarjuna nagar Youth welfare association area peoples, which is located nearer to lalitabagh-uppuguda, Hyderabad.
In our area one of the Educational society management (St'Maria Junior College and High school, located at 18-8-412/1, Lalita bagh-uppuguda) constructing illegal construction) by occupying the government main road. almost 3 building (each building 4 floors). all these are illegally constructucted (without MCH Permission). out of these 3 building, two buildings are opposite to each other. The school management occupying the road in between these two building and doing an illegal construction. This Road is entrance road to the local colony. due to this the peoples who are residing in colony facing so many problems. we given so many complaint to local MCH Office, but no action. and MCH peoples are not yet ready to give complaints acknowledgement for particular this case. i don't know why. we have met MCH Commissioner on this issue. but no action. and one more this school was owned by some one else, but relatives are running the school. we have complained to AP educational dept also. regarding this school. this building was not constructed as per standards. such a building is using for educational purpose. almost 800 students are studying in this school. if any thing happens to building, almost all the students will loose their life, because entire building has only one staircase, which is on road (occupied by management). so pls. visit the spot and take appropriate action.
