UNIVERSITY PROMISES TO GIVEN FOREIGN TOUR IN COLLEGE FEES BUT THEY BROKEN THEIR PROMISE... I am a student of mats university, and the university take complete fees but they not given foreign tour along with fees.they are doing fraud.i am one friend of my victim friend.
