Iam a b.tech 3rd year student in one of my 3rd sem subject my subject teacher has by mistake failed me in the internal and i have scored 45 in theory paper but still iam fail. I know that in this case i have to score 60 marks for passing is there any rule to change the internal marks even that teacher and the college is agreed to help me out
