WE ARE HAVING VERY POOR CONNECTIVITY .WE HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES AT 1504 BUT TILL NOW THERE HAS BEEN NO DEFINITE SOLUTION TO THIS PERPETUAL PROBLEM.WE ARE REALLY SICK OF THE NON PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE & APPROACH OF MTNL STAFF AS THERE IS NO BURNING DESIRE TO SATISFY THE CONSUMER BY ATTENDING THE LONG STANDING GRIEVANCE. ALSO WE ARE SUBSCRIBERS TO MTNL FOR ABOUT 3 DECADES, WE HAVE MANY TIMES PUT A REQUEST TO CHANGE OUR OLD INSTRUMENT WITH A NEW LATEST LINE IDENTIFICATION ONE BUT TILL DATE NO ACTION ONLY WE COME TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NO STOCK.IT IS SURPRISING THAT MTNL HAS NO VISION AND IS JUST A SLEEPING GIANT ONLY SENDING BILL FOR PAYMENT BUT NOT WANTING TO PERFORM & INCREASE ITS MARKET SHARE..I HOPE & PRAY THAT MY REQUEST WILL NOT FALL ON DEAF EARS BUT WILL BE TAKEN ON WAR FOOTING BASIS. -WITH HOPE AND BEST REGARDS.-JOY S DAVID- PH-27872013.
