My name is Siddhesh Terawkar and I travelled from London Heathrow on 4th November to Mumabi Intl. Airport from Kinfisher Airlines. As I came to my house I found that a folder containing my Educational certificate and employment letter is missing from my baggage. and this is because of the custom officer who checked my luggage at the airport and told me to take out the stuff from my bag.
