Photocopy not given

Its been 45 days i dint get my photocopy down near m j phule bhavan its written i ill get my photocopy within 21 days.

Now its the double of that i dint get my photocopy yet whenever i go there to the university they just tell me they dint get the photocopy so how will they give me is this the way the institution works i got my exams by 15 of may and this my last semester if i don't get my photocopy i ill get a pass class only because of the delays which the university made.

My aggregate till now is 66% only because of your delays and carelessness i will get a pass class instead of a first class. i might lose my job.

This is not the way an institution has to work if ull have done some commitments you all should fulfill it.
