Certificate without Exam

Hello Sir,

I have joined the course of Master in Chemical Engineering From National Institute of Management on Dec - 08. Total fees was Rs. 20700. Later I paid Rs. 14000 in Surat Branch. I have receipts. Then Surat branch was closed & handling was from Mumbai. upon asking about giving Exam they offered me a Certificate upon payment of fees (Rs. 6700) without giving Exam.

So, I felt that it was my mistake to take admission in NIM.

Now, I want to get back my fees (Rs. 14000) which i paid to NIM & want to join some UGC/AICTE approved institute.

Is this Possible?

Please provide a guidance on this matter.
