The Telephone No.25711303 (Adugodi Area, Bangalore) has not been functioning for the last three weeks. Almost everyday, we contact the concerned Telephone Exchange (NGV, Koramangala) for its restoration. They say that a lineman is being sent for repair. But nobody comes. It is happening every day. We tried to contact the higher authorities - the DE, but nobody picks up the phone. If After several continuous attempts, if somebody picks up, they say that they will take action, but nothing has happened. This is a Central Government office and our functioning is affected badly. We were told that there is a major cable fault. But it is surprising that even after three weeks, no action has been taken. Kindly look into our complaint on priority.
