No response or communication from the Institute after enrolling

This institute after enrolling me for MBA FT, regd. no. KOL/08-09/0727 DATED 10.12.08.Till date after issuing me an identity card and sending me some books by post I have not received any communication from your regional office or head office. Plz. let me know if the the Institutre and course is valid. Inspite of my numerous calls to the office at Kolkata no one responded properly initially and of late the nos. are changed.
