College Fee redunf

Hi,

I have joined B.E.Mechanical Engineering in Chennai. I attended one day class only and withdrawn my seat next day due to family reasons. When i asked Admission Staff regarding return of my original certificate which i submitted during admission and fee they said they wont refund my fee. When i demanded for my certificate they ask me to give a written statement mentioning than i have received my all fees and certificate with signature in revenue stamp. Then only they will give my certificate. what should i do???
