Pran no not received

Sir

I have applied for pran card through sub treasury office umerkote odisha. I have received a message from nsdl that your pension acount has opened and you will receive pran kit shortly on date 25/01 and I did not get any acknowledement no with that message. Till now I have not received pran kit. Please solve my problem.
