HAS TAKEN FEES OF T&P IN July AND NOW AGAIN TAKING FEES OF T&P WITHOUT ANY RECIPT

we are final year student going to pass out in june our college has already taken fees of Training & Placement with final year fess which we has deposit in july But Now when the campus is going to starts on January They again charging Training & placement fess of Rs 1500 and also Not giving us any receipt of RS 1500
