This is one of the worst institutes I had ever seen. I joined their Mehedipatnam Branch as it was nearby my house on Nov 27. They were hell bent upon me to get the fee at a single instance by saying the batch is starting in two days. After I paid the fee to my surprise I found that I was the only person in that batch. they promised that they would complete the course in 15 days for unix and testing tools. I later realised that they just suck money from people and make them run around them for the course to be finished. I have spoken to their manager (He claims so, I donot know whether he is the orioginal manager) Vamshee. He was a pathetic guy I had ever spoken to. He said finally that they donot have the software installed for QTP and shamelessly informed this to me after one and half month of me joining the course. When asked for the refund he spoke rudely saying that their procedures do not allow that. I later realised that this is a franchisee fo Orbit . they even give you the receipts in the name of AKSHARA Foundation to evade the tax from the government. Please dont be fooled by the institutes like these. i am in the process of filing a legal suit on them. These people just suck your money and give you a hard time at the end of the day. Be ware of this institute.
Please guide me how to file a legal suit against these cheaters.
