Passport not recived

Sir,

i am pawan kumar from jhajha (jamui).my file no-A050437 sir i have applyed my paasport in june but still i have not recived my passport.i have checked in passport enquiry then there was show that your passport will be despatched at 6th dec all documents being in order but still today i have not got my passport.

so plese helh me sir.
