Dear sir,
paavai college of engineering is located near paachal. in this college they get more fees apart from prescribed amount as per AICTE, NEW DELHI.in this college, the director, principal and all other higher authorities are treated by staffs as slaves.they are giving much more work to staff memebers rather than academic side.they are giving very poor salary to all the staff members and giving tourcher to all the staff members giving work and waiting for a long time.
institution will run only to earn money and enlarge the building.no increment for staff members, besides all staff members are working well if they asked for higher salary, they will told ur performance is not good.please take necessary action against the management and take steps to close the institution soonly.tiildate 900 staff members of paavai family are leave this institution due to tourcher and poor salary.
take action immediately and save the society.
