Eissue of atm card

I am srikanth working as a teacher in oasis school. i am operating by bank a/c and atmcard since 2008.my pass book a/c no is 62074612687. my atm card is damaged a lot. so it is causing so much in convinience to make my transactions. so, i request you to please reissue my atm card as early as possible.
