This is to file a complaint against the sales man who had come to sell the water purifier cum cooler to us. He had taken the complete money in cash from us and has not put the complete machinery in the University. There was a seperate automatic part which was to be put which costed 1090 and this was for the automatic cooling we gave the money along with the machine. This Sales mans mobile number is going closed and your customer care asks us to contact him only for this as they cannot do anything how do we deal with this the machine is just a month old not even started using it.
Such a reputed company has such dealing. Hoping that some action would be taken.
