Dear sir

I had applied for my passport three months ago. The police verification was over one month ago. I have not received my passport yet. I need my passport urgently to visit my relatives abroad. On enqiry the same reply is obtained as the police verification certificate has not yet been received. Please look into the matter as early aspossible and do the needy.
