My name is remya .im working in uk.in india we got BSNLnet cnnection.but we coudnt use the net properly because most of the time there is a connection problem.onces we r paying the money for the plan i think its ur responsibility to provide agood service to us.it i inform to the local office they dont wants to do any thing .or they wil do it when they are redy.the last few weeks there was no connection we hardly get it back on few days ago, now the same problem again.we r nearly fedup with using the bsnl most of the family change there connection alredy.so im wriring it for all the family whos work in abrod.so

plssssssssss do somethig for it.use yor staff to help the customers plsssssssssssssssssss
