The complaint is regarding the authorized seller of Peter England Madura Garments, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh

they swapped my debit card twice for a single payment of Rs.649 saying that your first transaction is failed and when I consulted the bank regarding the transaction failed and refund of Rs.649 here is the reply from the bank side.

Sir,

Please refer to your mail. We advise as follows:

There is no mistake at our end. Of the two txns made by you for Rs.649/-,

we had immediately re-credited one txn amount, indicated as FAILED in our records.

For the second txn, the amount was claimed and paid to VISA on 1/3.

Based on your complaint, we lodged a claim with them on 20/3.

However, VISA have rejected our claim for the reason Merchant (Madura Coats)

have claimed the txn as successful.

We therefore request you to take up the matter with the Merchant - M/s. Madura Coats,

since the amount debited to your account has been claimed and credited to them by VISA.
