College is not refund advance money
I have paid GBP 2000 to Buckingham College of London on 01/04 and my visa got refused due college problem. when I contacted college for the refund of my advance money which I paid, they simply refused to talk or reply to my emails. according to their terms and conditions when a visa is got refused not to the reason of the applicant then they should pay back the full amount to the applicant. but now I am not even got any amount or reply from college. I am very much worried now and dont know what to do..I have attached my details of visa application and refusal letter from UK boarder agency. How can I get my money back please reply and help me.
If anyone is trying to get an admission from this college then I suggest you to stay away!!! they are cheaters and very cunning!!! Beware
