I AJITESH KESH (Enrollment No.118035213) one of the student of IGNOU have successfully completed my Advanced Certificate Course in Information Security (ACISE) in JAN as shown in the Grade Card over the IGNOU website.
But i have not received my Mark Sheet and the Certificate for the same till date; which is hampering my service career. After regular complaints over telephone, no action has been taken till date. Even the staff of IGNOU avoid the phone calls and do not listen to my complaints. The e-mail addresses provided in the IGNOU website for Grievance7 Complaint Cell are out-dated and so a failure massage displays on sending e-mails on those addresses.
