My Self Anand S Narlakar, I have Passed my 10th std in year 2012 from NIOS my Roll No. is 100088102089,

but yet i did not received my MARK SHEET & LEAVING CERTIFICATE, I called then many times but they did not responding properly, I request them to send my Original certificates to my new address, but yet they didn't send. so its request to do the needful and take action as soon as possible
