Excess Payment through Credit Card 0f Rs6940.00 for Admisson fees for Registration No: A0309200376 &A0309200377on dated 5th April

Sir,

While remitting On line Payment of Admisson Fees through Credit card of my Shadoo Bhai Shri Deepak Kapoor for stream1 for my daughter Miss Priyanka V Gomes (Ref No: A0309200376with Login ID [email protected]) it shows an error sevral times continouesly during this the it always showed that the payment not made.

Hence I made another registration throug E mail ID [email protected] while remmiting payment through credit card of Shri Deepak Kapoor the same error was shown.

At last I made an Bank Draft from SBI Kolkata Bearing No:139691 Dt 7th April in the name of Secretary NIOS fo Rs880.00 Payable at Kolkata Deposited to the regional Office of Kolkata.

On 7th April Shri Deepak Kapoor got message regarding credit card transiction to NIOS (Visa HDFCRs880.00x4, Visa Citi Bank 880.00 and Master SBI Rs880.00x3) total for Rs7040.00 (Rs Seven thousand seven hundred fourty only)

Sir, imedietly I sent an email to the regional office of Kolkata. He refreed the matter to the Secretory NIOS Noida. U.P. Sir. I sent sevral remider regarding the refund of excess Payment of the said Rs7040.00 but still it is unsolved.

Sir, kindly help me to to solve my complaint.
