The website is EDORATRAVELS.COM and his name is Rajesh K. He also has an accomplice named Vijay Kumar who collects money from Western Union.
He puts an ad in all the websites saying that he will do US visas and he has connections in the consulate in chennai. He mentioned the US consulate generals name Mr. Mulford. He only gives us his email id and cell phone number. He tells us that we need to send him a copy of the passport and then after 10 working days he will send us a letter from US consulate that you visa has been approved and we need to send the original passport addressed to the consulate general Chennai. And we need to make the payment via Western union payabale in Chennai to Vijay kumar. He is a fake since the passports are lying in US consulate and they are questioning us of why we send them the passports. He still replies to our email.
Dont fall for this guy. He plays with your emotions.
