I am a supplier of stationery materials in the city of Mumbai, India.

The accused is a corporate body headed by MR Gurucharan Singh who have varied business interests in exporting knitted textiles and related items worldwide and specifically to european countries like germany, france, etc: real extate development, manufacturing knitted textiles alos make up for their other activities.

I have supplied stationery to these companies on credit upon the specific promise of Mr GURUCHARAN SINGH and when bills crossed worth INR 3, 09, 000/- i requested payment but the accused withheld the same on the pretext that their companies have faced a loss and hence they want us poor suppliers to share their losses.

But surprisingly upon making enquiries it was found that the companies made a sound profit but my enquiries also revealed that the chief of this company Mr GURUCHARAN SINGH is habituated in harassing small suppliers by forcing them to accept huge deductions in their legal and lawful dues.

The courts in India becaomes an expensive affair especially when you fight individuals like Mr GURUCHARAN SINGH, as they have money, muscle and political clout. Hnece i have chosen to expose the malpractice of Mr GURUCHARAN SINGH, through the aegis of this media and i hope that atleast people acroos the world should know and take care against this individual, as presently there are more than 10 such suppliers who have already faced losses due to such cheating and malpractice devised by Mr GURUCHARAN SINGH.
