After signing up for the discounted initial month (which I agreed to pay), I called to cancel my account for the second month. They had claimed to offer "instant tutoring, " but what they really offer is more like flying stand-by. I called the toll-free number on the web site. I was put on hold for awhile. I was then told to call "Subscription Management" at a different number. Nobody answered at that number -- twice. I e-mailed customer support. They told me to call "Subscription management" again. I responded that I wanted them to stop debiting my credit card. A charge appeared the next month. It is under dispute with my credit card company.
