I hope you & your family is fine, I want to be all the Indian citizens will be fine & peace life with their family.
Every day or twice a day complaints rising against some auto drivers, the way of talking & hurting the customers (especially women’s & new people to Chennai) and then barging /cheating money to customers due to there is no fixed price rate for distance travelled in Auto. Every day 2 % to 3 % approximately of Chennai peoples are affecting the bad behavior & Harrasment of some auto drivers. Due to this type of auto drivers the kindness of human being is reduced day by day to affected & other public peoples. Mostly we call it as bharath matha (womens & childrens) are affecting & getting to fear allow to go alone outside.
There are many other activities & problems are also running in this city to spoil the basic kindness & mankind of human nature (like Corruption, rowdyism, Cheating, robbery, murder, rape etc…..).
But, as my understanding the auto driver’s problems can easily resolve able problems.
Please note that am not complaining all the auto drivers, some good auto drivers are helping tendency & they know the meaning of respect to the people are living in this city because of god’s grace.
As my understanding while reading the customer complaints, many auto drivers are all riding the rental
auto, the owners of auto are violent & uneducated politicians, local rowdy’s, because of this violent background the drivers of auto are behaving badly to public peoples. The owners of auto people are getting good profit of money due to drivers & drivers are getting sins by the people every day. The owners are earning good money by this auto transport business, there is many of them are not paying income tax & not registered as a company, so there is no income tax are shown & no service tax, no self employment tax, & no excise tax.
Here am writing a suggestion not as a complaint against the some Auto Drivers & Owners.
1.Please implement & maintain the Meter system all the district in Tamil nadu same like other state.
2.Auto Owners are needed to be registered as a company before rent the autos. (even if it is a single auto)
3.Auto Owners are needed to be pay self employment tax, if no body as working under him .(if anyone is working under him, that he need to pay employment tax for his drivers & income tax for his turnover)
4.Auto drivers are need to wear uniform while driving the auto.(Hopefully is implemented already, but need to maintain regularly)
Am requesting to take action in this regards.
