With reference to the above subject, I Sandhya C Mirajkar student of your University have completed My MBA[general] course in December.but still I have not received my 4th semester marks card and convocation certificate. Earlier letter correspondence was done from my side, a demand draft of Rs 100 was sent to you for change of address fee, bearing DD no 441311 dated 13-07. But till now we have not received neither marks card nor convocation certificate, which I am urgently in need of them.
