Degree not received

Hi,

I have applied for Degree on urgent basis and paid the fee 750/- for urgent degree on 4th October, and still I did not received my degree.

Even I tried calling on 0755-2678832 as given in RGTU website but no one is picking call and many times a day this no is busy.

RGTU people on other numbers are also accepting this that no one will pick call for Degree and there is no way to put a Complaint for this irresponsibility of the employees in RGTU, even one some one picked up my call and asked BRIBE to release my degree, so they all are corrupt too.

As I am not in Bhopal thats why cannot catch them but found many students facing this problem and no one is looking for this, finally I came to consumer complaints to seek attention on this matter.

So I request you to please look at this and investigate the facts behind this. If nothing would happen here too then I would go for higher level to raise this issue.
